Conditions of registration
The maximum number of participants is 400. If that number fills up before the application closing date the dispatch date of your applications will be conclusive.
The registration fee includes accompanying activities, materials and basic snacks.
Once we receive your application/order we will email you an invoice. The registration fee must be paid before the date of the event. Please use your invoice number as a variable symbol.

Cancellation policy
11th May 2016 ..................... 80% of the registration fee
16th May 2016 ................... 100% of the registration fee
We accept only written cancellation of participation in the event. A substitute can attend lectures instead of the registered participant. The invoice will be issued even in case of absence unless you request the application cancellation in writing in accordance with the cancellation policy.
